MINUTES OF 5-19-00 LRAAC MEETING 1. Open meeting at 9:01am. 2. Present: Dave Brewer, Trey Loy, Tom Goncharoff, Dick Ahrens, Willow Trent. 3. Trey Loy agreed to become Chair for this meeting. 4. Hangar Report: A. Add Trey Loy 15 March 2000 report as Appendix G of the Hangar Report. Trent will keyboard and send it to Ahrens. B. General discussions. 5. Edit Subcommittee appointed: Ahrens, Brewer, Goncharoff. A. Ahrens to write a next draft, hopefully by 22 May 2000. B. Ahrens to mail the next draft to committee members, hopefully by 22 May 2000. C. Edit Subcommittee to meet 24 May 2000 at 9:00am at Dave Brewer's house, to complete the editing, and prepare to mail copies to the Public Resources Committee of the Board of Supervisors. 6. Meeting adjourned at 10:40am. The next meeting will be at 9am on 6/16/2000. Thank you, Dick, for mailing out Revision 0.2 of the report. Here are a couple of brief comments, both regarding page 2, section 2 (Hangars History): In the 3rd paragraph it might be helpful to refer to appendices D, E and F. These will help the reader to understand what the "first part of this notice" refers to. The last part of the 4th paragraph is wrong, due to misinformation I supplied. We now know that all hangar agreements are the same, except for mine, which has a provision allowing my closely held corporation to park its aircraft there. Thus there is no hangar with a "buy out" provision. My thanks to everyone on the committtee for their continued hard work. I should be back on line for the next meeting.
