Minutes of 11/16/01 Airport Advisory Committee
1.        Open meeting: 0900. 
2.        Attendance: 
    A.        Present: Tim Scully, Trey Loy, Dave Brewer, Willow Trent, 
                Susan Winding, Dick Ahrens. 
    B.        Excused: Tom Goncharoff. 
    C.        Visitors: Stephen Ford of DOT, Steve Schoolman. 
3.        Minutes of previous meeting: approved. 
4.        Correspondence: 
    A.        Airport photo. 
    B.        Tom Goncharoff: absence. 
5.        Loss of Joel Bornstein: memorial on 11/12/01 at 1:30pm. 
6.        Map/photos: received. 
7.        Master Plan: entered into Scully's computer. 
8.        Tree trimming: Stephen ford trying to get information. 
9.        Grants: discussion of background. 
10.       Reappointments: due 
11.       Clear zone land acquisition: started. 
12.       Meeting closed at 9:58am. 
  
The committee's next meeting will be from 9am to 11am on Friday
December 14 at the Clubhouse at The Woods, 43300 Little River Airport Rd. 

The agenda for this meeting is:

 Approve the minutes of the last meeting
 Communications (letters, FAXes, etc, sent/received since last meeting)
 status reports and discussion on:
    * Tree trimming, cutting and/or lighting 
    * additional hangars at the airport 
    * Dog Park at the airport
    * clear zone acquisition
    * terms of office of committee members (may be expiring soon)
 We are working on a draft update of the Airport Master Plan.
 We will discuss FAA grant funding for the airport, MCOG
    and we will work on recommedations for the capital improvement plan 
    and regional transportation plans
 Reports from subcommittees 
 Public comment 
 Agree on a date, time and place for the next meeting
 Agree on agenda for next meeting
