Minutes of the Member's Meeting of


LITTLE RIVER AIRPORT PILOTS' ASSOCIATION
a California nonprofit public benefit corporation



A regular meeting of the Directors and Members was held on February 9,
1997, at two o'clock P.M. at Coast Flyers meeting room, for the purpose
of transacting all proper business of the corporation.


The meeting was called by the President at the last meeting. Written
notice of this meeting was sent to interested parties. Notice was
publicly posted.


There were present, the following persons:

	Dave Brewer		
	Tim Scully		
	Dick Ahrens		

Due to the small number of persons attending today's meeting, there
wasn't any business conducted.  
Dick Ahrens commented that there was really nothing accomplished.

Tim Scully sent the following note on the meeting:

We talked about Dave Brewer's visit with the Ukiah airport staff. He
learned that reversion of privately built airport improvements isn't
very unusual, but in places like Ukiah it is made attractive to
private developers with terms that allow them to recover their
investment.

It was agreed that our next meeting will be held on March 9, 1997 at 2
o'clock pm at Coast Flyers.
