Here are the

Minutes of the Member's Meeting of
LITTLE RIVER AIRPORT PILOTS' ASSOCIATION
a California nonprofit public benefit corporation

OUR NEXT MEETING WILL BE HELD AT COAST FLYERS ON
SAT.  Mar 20, 1999 AT 9 O'CLOCK A.M.

The regular meeting of the Directors and Members which was scheduled for
on Jan 16, 1999 was canceled.  At the close of the Airport Advisory
Committee meeting, on the 15th, it was agreed that we would make our
next meeting the dinner at the Wharf Restaurant.  The dinner was
scheduled for the 5th of Feb.

All present enjoyed the dinner.  There were present, the following

There were many generous donations made to the raffle which was held
after dinner.  Joel Bornstein had purchased several items from Sporty's
Pilot Shop with association funds.  The  raffle produced a net amount of
$33.80 for our treasury.

Two dues payments were received at the dinner.  Lucky and Leonard paid
$10.00 each.

We had hoped that we might ask the diners to consider becoming more
active in Little River Airport Pilots' Association, but due to the
rather noisy location, we were unable to do that.

Joel suggested that we might consider a mailing to the general
membership, as we are due to hold a Directors' election.  Anyone
interested in serving as a Director is urged to come to the March
meeting.  Of course, all pilots and their guests are welcome.
