LRAPA March 22, 2002 meeting minutes

The Little River Airport Pilots Association met on March 22, 2002 at 6;30pm
at The Wharf in Fort Bragg for a dinner meeting. Red Hamilton, Marilyn Boese, 
Elly van den Bosch, Merlin (Barry Weiss), Myron MacNeil, 
Jeffrey Osier-Mixon, Judith Barry, Tim Scully, Alice Einhorn, Jo Ahrens,
Dick Ahrens, and Dave Brewer attended the meeting.

It was rather noisy at the resturant but we all had a good time. Tim Scully
gave an extremely terse report on the status of hangars and the GPS approach.
He said that the most urgent business was the election of directors and
officers.

The existing directors (with the exception of Joel Bornstein, deceased) were 
reelected by a unanimous vote of the members. Barry Weiss was elected to 
replace Joel Bornstein. The directors reelected the existing officers and 
Barry Weiss was elected to serve as secretary.

Thus, the current board of directors of LRAPA is:

Dick Ahrens
Dave Brewer
Jack Reichel
Tim Scully
Barry Weiss

And the current officers are:

President - Tim Scully
Vice President - Dave Brewer
Secretary - Barry Weiss
Treasurer - Dick Ahrens
